Hands-On Classes

This educational hands-on experience indulges our students by baking with the pastry instructor from start to finish. This interactive lesson develops the skill, confidence and ease to create simple to sophisticated type desserts by applying French classical baking methods. Learn the process of how to select, organize and measure ingredients, prepare and utilize equipment, unfold a recipe with skill and technique, develop baking fitnesse with ease and monitor the quality, taste and presentation of your work.

This class will leave you inspired, knowledgeable and kitchen confident by creating desserts you can call your own.

  • Hands-On Classes accommodate 1-4 participants
  • Classes last approximately 2.5 - 3.0 hours unlesss otherwise noted
  • Includes: Pastry Tool, Recipe Handouts, Tips of the Trade and Product Recommendations
  • All desserts will be samples and kept by participants
