Origin

The original recipe was created to celebrate a biking race between Paris and Brest in the early 1900's, Le Dessert's creation definitely comes from Paris to Hong Kong! Made of a crispy shell of choux pastry, filled with a hazelnut and almond praline mousseline cream and topped with toasted almonds as well as crunchy streusel, our Paris Wanchai is a perfect mix of flavorful Parisian lifestyle and Wan Chai's decadent ambiance!

Freshly made on the day of celebration, our Paris Wan Chai is characterised by a toasted nutty and praline cream, filled in a choux pastry, toped with roasted almonds and our signature streusel!
