An American classic reinvented by Pierre Herme aka "The Picasso of Pastry", featuring his signature Ispahan flavor and a unique heart shape. Make your Mother's heart melt with this multi layer raspberry, rose and lychee cheesecake with a crumble base and a pink chocolate coating.
The Recipe
The different layers feature a crumble “pate sable” base, raspberry infused ladies fingers biscuit, rose cheesecake, raspberry and lychee compote, a light cream of rose-flavored cream cheese, raspberry jam and an exotic coating. It’s coated with pink chocolate and is topped with a mini Ispahan Macaron, rose petals and fresh raspberries.
Storage and consumption
The Cheesecake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the cake should be consumed within 24 hours.
