This light and fruity creation is an explosion of flavors in a jar featuring various textures of mangos, lime and soaked fresh brioche cubes.
Ingredients and preparations
The different layers feature a lime creme brulee base, candied mango compote, fresh seasoned mangoes, lime cream and lime Chantilly cream. It’s topped with touches of mango compote and lime zest.
Storage and consumption
The Emotion should be stored in the fridge until consumption. The Nomade can be stored up to 2 days in the fridge.
