The pyramid is made of a non-edible styrofoam base covered with fresh Choux.
You can choose 2 colors :

The Golden: Chocolate curd and homemade caramel insert

The Red : Vanilla pastry cream with raspberry coulis insert
- The Yellow : Vanilla pastry cream with mango & passion fruit coulis insert
Our Choux have 5 cm diameter and you can choose between 3 sizes of Pyramid:

Petite: 20 to 25 Choux

Classique: 45 to 50 Choux

Grande: 70 to 75 Choux
Storage and consumption
The Choux should be stored in the fridge until consumption. If no fridge is available, it can also be kept well for 1-2 hours in a well air-conditioned room
For an ideal experience the Choux should be consumed within 24 hours.
