The pyramid is made of a non-edible styrofoam base covered with fresh Choux.

Our Choux have 5 cm diameter and you can choose between 3 sizes of Pyramid:

Petite: 20 to 25 Choux

Storage and consumption
The Choux should be stored in the fridge until consumption. If no fridge is available, it can also be kept well for 1-2 hours in a well air-conditioned room
For an ideal experience the Choux should be consumed within 24 hours.
