Easter Pavlova - Made to order & limited quantities
Although the original recipe was created in the Southern Hemisphere and named after a Russian ballerina the Pavlova by Le Dessert is definitely French. A base made of French meringue, a Chantilly cream made of French milk cream from the Normandie region and a unique Parisian look. Here we are with a 150% French Pavlova.
The Easter Pavlova is unique dessert made especially to celebrate Easter and (most importantly!) your love of chocolate: Meringue, double Vanilla/Chocolate Chantilly cream, fresh berries, chocolate nest and exclusive Dulcey Valrhona chocolate eggs (yes the word “chocolate is repeated 4 times in the recipe!).
The Easter Pavlova will only be available from April 7 to April 13 for customers who pre-ordered it
Served with a homemade raspberry coulis and a set of Valrhona Dulcey eggs.
