Mont Blanc Celebration Pavlova
Although the original recipe was created in the Southern Hemisphere and named after a Russian ballerina the Pavlova by Le Dessert is definitely French. A base made of French meringue, a Chantilly cream made of French milk cream from the Normandie region and a unique Parisian look. Here we are with a 150% French Pavlova.
Freshly made on the day of celebration, our Pavlova features a unique meringue with chestnut cream, vanilla Chantilly whipped cream, fresh figs and a homemade blackcurrant coulis
