For this Summer, Le Dessert designed a set of 3 fresh tarts. Using French pastry techniques we redesigned this traditional dessert and created 3 recipes that will accommodate every taste.
Our Chocolate & Caramel Tart is composed of a chocolate tart shell, a double Valrhona chocolate Ganache (dark and milk chocolate) topped with Valrhona chocolate Chantilly and a piece of choux filled with homemade caramel sauce.
