Recipe 

A freshly made Charlotte with layers of strawberry mousse, fluffy sponge cake and fresh berries based on a unique crumbly base. It's circled with homemade ladies fingers and a cute ribbon. It comes with a jar of raspberry coulis.

Storage and consumption

The Berries Charlotte Layer Cake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Charlotte should be consumed within 24 hours.
