The Christmas Choux is inspired by the traditional "Piece Montee". We gave a modern twist to this century old classic from French pastry. Whether it is for a private or an office party, treat your guests with a true edible Christmas Tree !
Recipe
Each pyramid comes with 2 recipes of Choux: Red topped Choux are filled with Vanilla Chantilly Cream and Berries Coulis, Green topped Choux are filled with Pistachio Chantilly cream. They are displayed on a Royal Ice-covered pyramid and decorated with Christmas chocolate items.
Storage and consumption
The Christmas Tree should be stored in the fridge until consumption. Given the size of the pyramid we recommend to choose a delivery time just before consumption. You can reach out to us for special arrangements.
