What is mignardise ?
Mignardise is a French word that means bite-sized desserts. You may be sad to see a great meal come to an end, but you can count on the arrival of mignardise to lighten your spirits with a sweet treat!
The set is composed of:

1 Mango Passion Financier: Almond financier with a passionfruit jelly insert, topped with a mango cremeux and covered with yellow chocolate and passsion fruit seeds.

2 Cherry Tendresse Madeleines: Ultra-moist cherry flavoured Madeleines.

1 Cookie: Pistachio Raspberry: White chocolate and pistachio cookie topped with raspberry gel and freeze-dried raspberries.

1 Heart-Shaped Blueberry Tart: Chocolate crust, vanilla pastry cream, freshly-glazed blueberries, and blueberry gel.

Storage and consumption
The financier, the madeleines, and cookies can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days.
The tart can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Availability
The Mother's Day Collection will be available in limited quantity from 5th to 21st of May. You can pre-order from April 26th. Early bird orders before May 5th will get 10% off.

For the 14th we still have some availability for pick up or delivery upon request.
