The Rabbit has a special place in our heart this year but it's also a figure of Easter celebration. The Easter Bunny is a folkloric figure and symbol bringing Easter Eggs. Originating among German Lutherans, the "Easter Hare" originally played the role of a judge, evaluating whether children were good or disobedient in behavior.
Recipe
The Rabbit cake is placed on a homemade vanilla Sable biscuit. It features a white Chocolate Mousse and is filled with a vanilla sponge insert, cherry compote and pistachio cream. It's covered with sprayed chocolate and surrounded by pistachio cream grass.
Storage and Consumption
The cake has to stored in the fridge until consumption. It can be stored for up to 24h.
Availability
The Easter Bunny Cake will be available in limited quantity from April 5th to April 30th. You can pre-order from March 22nd.
