Mother's Day Bakery Box

In short

Our French baker designed 4 creations which all feature berries flavours in a custom Mother’s Day Bakery Box. This bakery box is the perfect Mother’s Day gift to discover and share French gastronomy culture.

The Recipe

The Mother's Day bakery box contains the following items :
1 Mother's Day Heart made with our special croissant dough. It's is filled with a homemade blackberry cream insert. It's topped with a purple edible flower and a fresh blackberry.
1 Bi-colour croissant filled with a homemade raspberry cream insert.
1 Strawberry Danish  with a homemade raspberry & strawberry cream insert and topped with fresh strawberries and red currants.
1 French Brioche filled with a mixed berries puree and topped with a butter “craquelin”. The brioche is covered with a cute “MOM!” inscription in icing sugar.

Storage and consumption

The bakeries should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the bakeries should be consumed within 24 hours.
