The Choco Passion Lune Cake is our Parisian interpretation of the Moon Cake. A Valrhona Chocolate Sponge topped with a light Matcha Green Tea Mousse, a melting Passion & Mango Heart and coated with Matcha Chocolate Glaze or Dark Chocolate.
Storage and consumption
The Lune Moon Cakes should be stored in the fridge until consumption. They can be kept for up to 3 days in the fridge.
