The product : 

The famous croissant of the "Picasso of Pastry", Pierre Hermé. Le Dessert features Pierre Hermé Paris finally brings this croissant to life in Hong Kong. This recipe sublimates the traditional recipe and makes the croissant a cake in its own right.

Freshly baked Ispahan croissant made every morning by our French baker using exclusively French AOP butter and premium flour.

Recipe : 

This croissant is filled with an almond paste and rose insert, as well as a homemade litchy and raspberry compote. Our baker then covers the croissant with icing sugar and crunchy dried raspberries. A true delight.

Availibility : 

We can deliver your favorite bakeries everyday from 8.30am in the morning and all day long.

Between the 9th and 19th May, our boulanger will only produce Mother's day bakeries, croissants, pains au chocolat and crookies. Thus, this product won't be available between the 9th and 19th May.

You can either order each bakery product as an individually or you can create your own Bakery Box with a minimum of 5 products for pick up and $250 for delivery.
