Recipe
The Christmas Chestnut & Pear Cream Cake features layers of Chestnut cream and chestnut sponge cake with a cinnamon pear compote insert and syrup-infused chestnuts. It's covered with vanilla chantilly cream, topped with Vanilla & Chestnut Chantilly cream and decorated with syrup-infused chestnuts and gold leaves.
Storage and consumption
The Chestnut & Pear cake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. The cake can be kept in the fridge for 2 days.
