Mother's Day Pavlova
Origin
Although the original recipe was created in the Southern Hemisphere and named after a Russian ballerina the Pavlova by Le Dessert is definitely French. A base made of French meringue, a Chantilly cream made of French milk cream from the Normandie region and a unique Parisian look. Here we are with a 150% French Pavlova.

The Mother’s Day Pavlova is a unique heart-shape Pavlova made especially to celebrate your one and only Mum.
Freshly made on the day of celebration our Pavlova features a unique meringue texture, unsugared Chantilly cream and fresh fruits. It comes with a homemade coulis jar and a FREE custom chocolate tag!
The Mothers Day Pavlova comes with the Antoinette recipe: Vanilla Chantilly cream, berries & mango, touch of mint. Served with a raspberry coulis. Upon request we can also make our other available recipe. If you wish to do so you can place your order and tell up via WhatsApp.
Availability
The cake will be made in limited quantities from May 7th to May 9th.
Pre-ordering for the box starts from April 27th on the Le Dessert e-shop or at the counters in Pacific place and Harbour City.
Customers may choose to have the cake delivered on those dates or pick up from the Le dessert shops in Pacific Place or Harbour city.
