Pierre Hermé Paris Heart Shaped Ispahan Cheesecake


Le Dessert Studio introduces the heart shaped Ispahan Cheesecake by Pierre Herme Paris. An American classic reinvented by Pierre Herme aka "The Picasso of Pastry", featuring his signature Ispahan flavor and a unique heart shape. Make you partner's heart melt with this multi layer raspberry, rose and lychee cheesecake with a crumble base and a pink chocolate coating.

The Recipe

The different layers feature a crumble “pate sable” base, raspberry infused ladies fingers biscuit, rose cheesecake, raspberry and lychee compote, a light cream of rose-flavored cream cheese, raspberry jam and an exotic coating. It’s coated with pink chocolate and is topped with a mini Ispahan Macaron, rose petals and fresh raspberries.

Storage and consumption

The Cheesecake should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the cake should be consumed within 24 hours. 


The Heart Shaped Ispahan Cheesecake is available from the 1st April.
