The Pavlova is Le Dessert all time signature. This exclusive new recipe is bridging the gap between Asia and Europe - or Hong and Paris. It features a meringue base covered with Milk Tea infused Chantilly cream and topped with Yuzu mint namelaka (cremeux), pink grapefruit gel, roasted almonds, red dragon fruit and pomelo.

Storage and consumption

The Pavlova should be stored in the fridge until consumption. For an ideal experience the Pavlova should be eaten with 4 to 6 hours. Pavlovas are very fragile and should be handle with care and travel flat. 


The Mid-Autumn Collection will be available from Sept 23 to Oct 8 and can be pre-ordered from Sept 2.
