Vanilla & Berries Bûche de Noël - Yule Log Cake by Le Dessert

Origin 

To celebrate Christmas and bring a French touch to your family and friends gatherings we're bringing you the traditional Bûche de Noël. Very few French people celebrate Christmas without this cake shaped and decorated to look like a mini log. As usual we adapted it to our modern times: we dropped the heavy butter cream and replaced it with a fluffy unsugared chocolate Chantilly cream and we gave it our signature "Parisian look".

Recipe

The bûche is made of a homemade Genoise sponge cake rolled with unsugared vanilla white chocolate Chantilly cream, streusel biscuit and berries coulis. It's covered with freshly whipped Vanilla Chantilly cream, fresh berries and drips of berries coulis. The cake comes with a jar berries coulis to be poured on each plate after serving.

For Christmas 2021 the Christmas Tree will be available from Dec 13th. You can pre-order now but when prompted to choose your pick-up or delivery date please choose a date between Dec 13th and Dec 24th.
